Artist Research - DJ Chuckie:
In 1993, he work in Voltage in The Hague as a DJ, he now
performs in the Netherlands and abroad. He has made remixes for other artists such as Gio, David Guetta and K-Liber.DJ Chuckie’s ‘Dirty Dutch’ club concept developed through the years from an urban event with 6,000 people to a huge house music night with 30,000 people. Chuckie visits different country’s each day, to perform for his fans at big events. He also has 3 residencies in the USA, in which he travels each month to perform Marquee in Las Vegas, and LAVO in New York.
In 2004 and 2005 he has achieved MOBO awards, and one of his tracks ‘Let the bass kick’ was an anthem in summer 2009 which reached to no.9 in the UK singles chart developing global success. His other tracks that were released after such as ‘Aftershock’ and ‘Move it2 The Drum’ featuring Hardwell progressed his reputation of a passionate producer.
At the end of 2010 and beginning of 2011, Chuckie worked on his own material alongside major well known artists such as T-Pain, Tinie Tempah, Kesha, Alexis Jordan, P Diddy, 50 Cent and Akon.
Chuckie has also joined with BBC Radio 1 in 2011, to present his ‘In New DJ’s We Trust’ show, which is aired every month as he gets to perform his authentic and amazing tracks.
